The project involved the conversion of an existing barn into 4 No. new Apartments.
The conversion involved upgrading the barns to meet current Building Control requirements. There were strict planning constraints regarding the barns which we had to adhere to meaning our design had to be innovative. The main planning constraint was to keep as many of the original features of the barn as possible. Through excellent workmanship from the Contractor and communication with ourselves we were able to achieve this.
The development provides high quality Apartments in a pleasant and desirable area of Ponteland, Northumberland.
