Northern Saints School – Reception

Project Scope RIBA 0: The Home Designers were appointed by the project’s lead consultant, Peter Coote Architect Ltd, to provide technical support for the refurbishment of the Northern Saints C of E Primary school.

RIBA 1 - 3: A taped measure survey was undertaken to ascertain detailed information on the existing layout. Working closely with the lead consultant, we provided a set of existing and proposed 2D plans and elevations. The scheme involved the refurbishment of the reception area, ICT classroom and WC. Each room required technical drawings of bespoke desks, bookshelves, counters etc. A 3D model of the proposed reception area was produced for the school’s preliminary viewing, the final renders also assisted the client in choosing certain finishes and materials for the final product.

RIBA 4-5: Detailed architectural construction drawings and technical data was not required for this project.

RIBA 6-7: Works have not started on site.
