Hazelwood Road

Great Park is a self-build housing development situated in the desirable location of Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne. We have been fortunate enough to be involved with the design of a number of dwellings on this development site. The driving factor in our design for the dwellings is the Newcastle Great Park ‘Self-Build Design Code’ which all designs must adhere to. The design code includes guidance and advice on all aspects of the self-build dwellings therefore we ensure we provide a modern, contemporary design which does not compromise their design parameters.
