Valley Drive – Side Extension

No. 10 Valley Drive is a two storey semi-detached dwelling situated within the popular area of Low, Fell, Tyne and Wear. Following an initial consultation with the client they expressed how they needed additional ground floor space to take care of an elderly relative. Although the extension would serve a purpose the client was still keen to achieve an aesthetically pleasing build which would be ‘in keeping’ with the existing building.

Our design involved removing an existing detached garage to allow the construction of a single storey side extension which would provide the client with an additional bedroom, wash room and en suite. We insisted to the client that all new materials should be of the same style, colour and quality as the existing. The client happily obliged to, hence, the superb finished appearance of the extension.
